Rates
Hourly Rates for Administration Services:
€20 per hour basic rate.
Minimum of one hour support per project.
Invoiced on a fortnightly basis or at project completion whichever comes first.
A 50% deposit is required at commencement of work which is worked out on an estimate of the time involved.
Payment is expected within 7 days from date of invoice.

Additional Charges:
Postage and shipping costs.
Printing costs.
Office supplies (Office supplies used specifically for you projects).
Any foreign exchange charges accrued from bank for payment.
Late payments at 2% of total invoice for the first fortnight, 28days+ overdue we will cease all services and this agreement will be placed “on hold” until total amount owed plus all applicable interest fees are paid in full.
Emergency projects or projects requiring "out of hours" services, over weekend and holidays, will accrue a 50% surcharge.
Rates are subject to change at any time, clients will be notified in advance but once a project rate has been agreed upon there will be no changes.
Payment Methods:
Personal/Business Cheque drawn on an Irish Bank and in Euros.
Bank transfer.
